Fiver for a Farmer

We are supporting the “Fiver for a Farmer” day on Monday 13 August. Our students and staff are encouraged to wear their farmer clothes to school and bring a donation to support. Wear an akubra, a flannelette shirt or some boots. Keep it simple!
The student council will be collecting the donations and these will be going to Rural Aide and Drought Angels charities. We know that this means the money gets to where it is needed.
It is important that our children know we care for our fellow Australians when times are tough. With the Ekka happening at the same time, it is timely for these visiting the Ekka to know and understand more about our farmers and life in the country in Australia.
Let’s come together as a community and show our support.
