ANZAC Day Ribbons will be available for purchase for $1 from the school office between 8:30am and 8:45am and 11:10am and 11:30am From Wednesday 19 April to Monday 24 April 2023. Students will be reminded of these times in class in week one of term.
Families are invited to join us for one of our ANZAC Day Commemorations which will be held here at McCahon Hall.
When: Monday 24 April 2023
Who: Prep to Year 2 students from 9:15am – 9:45am
Year 3 to Year 6 students from 10:15 - 10:45am
Where: McCahon Hall, Coorparoo State School
*Students are to wear their complete formal or Prep uniform please.
Students are also invited to participate in the Coorparoo RSL ANZAC Day March on Tuesday 25 April. Students marching are to wear full and complete formal or Prep uniform including their CSS hat and meet at Baragoola Street at 7:15am. Students will then be invited to remain for the ANZAC Day service held in front of Coorparoo RSL from 8:30am.
