The annual much anticipated Scholastic Book Fair is coming up this term! Sales will be in Week 8, 5-9 June. This event promotes a love of reading to our students, and is also a major source of funds for the library, allowing us to obtain resources for students and teachers to use and enjoy. As well as books suitable for all ages, there are a range of items from the popular $2 posters and $1 stationery items, to craft and novelty kits.
Sales Dates:
Mornings: 8:00am - 8:40am from 5 June – 9 June 2023
Afternoons: 3:00pm - 3:45pm from 5 June - 8 June 2023
Payment: Cash and Eftpos in person are the preferred method of payment. You can pay on-line using the information on the reverse of your child’s Wish List, which should then be filled in and presented at the Book Fair. Please be aware if using this method that stock may have run out, and the item may need to be ordered in, which may take a few days or even weeks. Students with cash will also have the opportunity to come at first break from Monday to Thursday to purchase items.
Please note: The Book Fair actually arrives in Week 7. During this week the children will be visiting the Fair in class library time to look at the Fair and make their wish lists. No sales occur during this time. The Fair finishes Friday morning to allow for banking of money.
