Are you in Years 3-6 and interested in a student leadership position in 2024?
Applications are now open for Student Council and Eco Warrior positions (Years 3,4,5 and 6) and for Cultural Captain, STEM leader, Art Monitor, Library Associate, German Monitor and Student Mentor (Year 6 students only).
Here's what you need to do:
Go to the school website (https://coorparooss.eq.edu.au/our-school/student-leadership).
Read the descriptors and download an application form.
Hand your completed and signed form to the office by 3pm Friday 2 February.
If your application is for Student Council or Eco Warrior (years 3,4,5,6), you will be invited to speak to the class on Monday 5 February and a class vote will take place.
If the application is for Cultural Captain, STEM leader, Art Monitor, Library Associate, German Monitor and Student Mentor (Year 6 students only) – no further action is required after you submit your application.
Then, wait to hear if you have been successful.
