Parents and Caregivers,
As we approach the end of the school year, I would like to remind you to collect any medication that is kept for your child in the school office on or before your child's last school day. Medications can be collected between 7.30am – 3.30pm Tuesday to Thursday, and from 7.30am – 3.00pm on Fridays. Please make arrangements to collect any medications your child may have stored with us by no later than Friday 13 December.
If you are unable to personally collect the medication, kindly authorise a responsible adult to do so on your behalf. It is important to notify the office if you make these arrangements.
