Sorry Day

National Sorry Day is a very important time in Australia. It is when we remember the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children who were taken from their families. They are know as the Stolen Generations. The native hibiscus flower is the symbol of Sorry Day. When we see this flower, we remember the past and we think about how we an help create a more caring and respectful future for Everyone.
